Service Description
Your Session is more than just a cuddle; it's a full farm immersion! Every session includes: Up to 20-Minute Semi-Private Session: Get up close and personal with Aurora for an interactive, heart-centered experience. Full Petting Farm Tour: Explore the rest of the farm, including the Goat Zone, our Kunekune Pig demo, and encounters with our other resident animals. Animal Feeding: Enjoy hands-on opportunities to feed our friendly residents (animal feed is available for purchase on-site). Maximum Participants: 10 people per session. Respectful Interaction: We prioritize the comfort of our animals to ensure a safe and happy environment for both the cows and our guests.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe and joyful experience for both our guests and our animals, please review the following policy details before booking your visit. Important Guest Policies: Arrival & Punctuality Check the Map: Please check your travel distance the day before and monitor traffic and weather on the day of your session. Bell Family Farm is not responsible for delays due to traffic or navigation. Arrive Early: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled times. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. Late Arrivals: We cannot accommodate late arrivals or extend sessions beyond their scheduled end time. Safety & Dress Code: Footwear is Mandatory: For your safety around large animals, closed-toe shoes must be worn. * Not Permitted: Sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, or slides. Entry will be denied without proper footwear. Staff Discretion: This activity may not be suitable for everyone. Bell Family Farm staff reserves the sole discretion to make the final determination on any individual's participation to ensure safety. Age Requirements: All participants must be at least 13 years or older on the day of the session. Proof of age may be required upon arrival. Farm Rules & Environment: Animal Behavior & Welfare At Bell Family Farm, the well-being of our animals comes first. Animals can be unpredictable. Specific animals (including Aurora) may not participate as described due to mood, health, weather, or other reasons. Every reasonable attempt at a substitute will be made. Respectful Interaction: We operate on the animals' terms to ensure a grounding, stress-free environment. Prohibited Items & Conduct No Outside Food/Drink: To protect our animals' specialized diets, no outside food or beverages are permitted on the farm. No animals of any type may be brought onto Bell Family Farm property including parking areas. Reasonable exceptions for Certified Service Animals MAY be arranged in advance. Please call. Sobriety Policy: Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry immediately. Refunds & Rescheduling No Refunds: All bookings are final. No refunds or credits will be issued, including cases where guests do not meet the guidelines outlined in this policy. Weather Policy: Rescheduling may be allowed at the farm's discretion solely due to inclement weather at the farm location.
