JOIN US FOR GOAT YOGA Come stretch and breathe with the goats and baby cow, Fitz! Our one-hour gentle flow is a great way to start your weekend, in our green pasture, among the large, old live oak trees with gorgeous views of the sunrise. Goat yoga is a fun take on outdoor yoga in which our very friendly and curious farm animals interact, observe and sometimes even lay down with you on your mat. Baby goats will jump on your back; the older goats will stand still for your tree pose. Often times, they will simply be present and breathe with you. They are charming and never fail to bring a smile to your face! For those not content with just the goat yoga, you will get the full farm tour as well. Meet our flock of chickens and ducks. Help the pigs perform their routine and feed our miniature zebu! Minutes from exit 48 on i4, south of Orlando, east of Tampa and 25 minutes from downtown Lakeland. We have handwashing stations and bathroom facilities.
